The Lake at the End of the Street

Heavy, heavy rain hit my town tonight.  The volume of water was more than the storm sewers could handle and, for a few minuets, the entire intersection was under water.  Of course, that wasn't enough of a reason for SOME people to avoid the potential hazards.
