Kamikaze duck

After a gentle morning meandering around the Montpelier Quarter of Harrogate picking up gifts to take home and stopping for coffee at the Blues Cafe Bar, we headed for Ripley this afternoon to sample the famous Ripley ice cream (which was extremely good - blueberry for me, salted caramel for C)
A walk around the Ripley Castle estate was nice, enlivened by a couple of ducks taking their lives in their beaks, trying to reach the best food over the top of the weir.
