Facts of the day

1. I remembered Rosie’s birthday today but forgot Daisy’s dentist appointment yesterday.
2. Not sure what that says about me.
3. Work got the better of my ruthless efficiency at clearing my calendar for an evening swim. TBH, it got the better of me generally.
4. Went for an evening beach walk instead. Rosie just ran away once so only mildly stressful, on the whole nice.
5. Spaghetti three ways for dinner was just nice and funny. Even after we had to move inside from the balmy evening in the garden because Daisy was “bloody freezing”. That’s what happens when you get out from under a duvet.
6. Wimbledon and a beer. Am done for the day.
7. Just remembered a new no 1 but am not going back to renumber. Woke at 4am (quite normal) with a sudden remembering of a work thing I had forgotten. It would have been fine to remember it at 8am TBH.
