Bookworm

We left Hendrix to his own devices for a few minutes, he was playing with his cars and seemed quite happy.
When we came back into the room we found he'd climbed onto the chair and got a book down to read. He can't read the words of course but he does know the stories because Marlane and I (particularly Marlane) reads them to him a lot. Marlane has always instilled a love of books in our children and she's passing it on to the grandchildren now.
He had picked out 'The Little Red Hen' this time but we've found him doing this before with different books.
Really lovely to see him doing this, hope it continues when he gets onto phones, iPads, Tablets and the like.
