A rainy day

Yea...rain! Maple was sick in the night and did NOT want to go out. Or eat pancakes . Fi and I made wacky cake ( WWll chocolate cake with no eggs milk or butter) , had a boat ride to get ice cream cones and groceries, played games, ( codenames here) ate pizza and wacky cake, watched the after dinner show with miss Fiona dancing. Maple is recovered. . Now why are we tired?
