A day at sea travelling from Busan to the port of Kobe. A technical sea day because we didn’t have a port visit, but we travelled between islands and had plenty to see other than water.

An interesting feature of these trips is the needles and natter session (unhosted). A time and area is designated for people to meet up for the session. We had 3 ladies from the US who were knitting and I was doing my crocheted pigs. We were joined by two groups of Japanese ladies who were interested in what we were doing. Although they didn’t speak English and we certainly didn’t speak Japanese we were able to communicate via sign language and pictures on our phones. A lively session.
