Willow emerald

I went for a guided walk with HNHS tonight to Warnham LNR.
The first thing we saw was this stunning Willow emerald damselfly, a species I have not seen before, so I was delighted.
The Willow emerald Chalcolestes viridis is a recent UK colonist with very few UK records before 2009. Needless to say Warnham LNR are delighted they  have them as am I.
