A wee Monday triptych.

It kind of rounds up our day.
This goldfinch is appearing regularly now at our feeders at long last. Although some neighbour's have them visit regularly, they have avoided our feeders until now.
I caught MaggieD looking for the perfect shot in a field full of beautiful red poppies. The photo really doesn't quite do justice to the colour or the huge numbers of them.
The view up river from Charlestown in Fife. There was a stiff westerly breeze and the Firth looked quite choppy. A small container ship, the Anna G, was making slow progress upriver towards Grangemouth.
I have been pottering about the garden waiting on MaggieD returning from visiting a friend. A wee cuppa may well follow.
