Vogrie Country Park - 2nd Saturday walk!

July already, and this month's 2nd Saturday walk will be on the 13th July, and we'll be returning to Midlothian and will be meeting in Vogrie Country Park ...

... details as follow below:

- this month's walk will be within Vogrie Country Park ... we'll meet in the main Car Park (NT 375 632) and further details can be found via this link: https://www.midlothian.gov.uk/info/200283/parks/236/vogrie_country_park/5 which includes a Traveline link for bus information - a limited service travels to the Edgehead and Dewarton crossroads, from where the park can be accessed on foot
- car-spaces (from Shandon) may also be available to share ... so, do just let me know if you need a lift?

- we'll meet for 10am on Saturday 13th July 2019
- the walk will start and finish from the main Car Park --- PLEASE NOTE that there is a £2 parking charge for cars!
-there are over 11-miles of paths within the Park (see relevant maps via here), and we'll likely do a circular route of maximum 9-miles, which should take us no more than 5-hours to complete (including lunch-break)
-as usual; do bring along some food/packed-lunch etc. --- but we can potentially also get some food/drink from the Cafe inside Vogrie House, which is within the Park
