Dead heading

Today it was my garden's turn to receive some TLC.
We bought a pink hawthorn to fill the space left after the Leylandii was removed. Planted a few other bits and pieces too. Cut back some of the ivy which has been smothering our garden wall. Tied up the perennial sweet pea. And finally I deadheaded this beauty. Charles de Mille.
