The first day of ....

..... the seventh month?
Where is this year going , the "C" word is getting ever nearer.
I was in the garden at 7.30am cutting and chopping , it reminded me of the hymn " Make way , make way --- no not for the King of kings ---- but for GG to get from her garage to the back door ( or visa versa) . I came in for breakfast 1/2 hour then out until 12.45pm for lunch out again at 1.30pm ( putting the tennis on hold!) then back indoors at 2.45pm after clearing up. Phew how controlled is that. You'd think I was being paid for a job.?
I came in to have a cuppa and watch Djokovic v KohlSchreiber match excellent and so sportsman like they waited to leave the court together side by side , wonderful.
I'm now watching Putintseva v Osaka , wow those girls can rally. At the moment Putintseva is winning by 1 set.
It has been a really nice day with the temperature rising to high for me after lunch so I was pleased when I'd finished clearing up. At the moment it's ok .

Appreciate ..... being able to sit and watch tennis with a cuppa.( altho' I've got to vac round now.)
