......'only' a few kilos of the stuff (from the bro-in-law's allotment) to do something with.....luckily I'm stuck in waiting for an Amazon delivery.....might even go off-piste and try pickling some (though it definitely won't be in a mix of expensive vinegars, it'll be cheap-as-chips distilled white malt from the corner shop ;-) ).......
