The End Of The Road.......For Now

So we reached Canberra this afternoon, the car made it in fine fashion after yesterdays little coolant hicup.....2420 kms with just one problem in a 10 year old car is pretty good going I think.

So we are now staying with Andrea's Sister & her boyfriend till we get sorted, we worked our way through the best part of a case of beer & had a very nice BBQ.

Unfortunately the holiday is kinda over & the job hunt proper begins.... fingers crossed we find something.....

The picture today didn't quite turn out the way i hoped but you get the idea.... it shows the route we took over the last week & a bit travelling down from Mackay to Canberra... one thing that is very different & quiet surprising is how dry it is in Canberra.... everything is brown & dry .... dunno how we're gonna cope with that but we'll just have to see what happens ......
