Wattle Bird II

The wattle birds were out in profusion again today and this time I was able to capture “the eye” - the concentration was obvious!! We had light rain falling overnight and it must make the banksia nectar even more delicious. I used the Snapseed App to do a bit of post production on this image.

We have a challenge for our Photo Group next Monday to take an image with our smart phone and edit it in the mobile Snapseed App. It’s an amazing App and I’ll be delighted if in the future mobile phones are able to take bird images. This image was a practise run for the App and taken on my trusty Sony RX10-4.
