Scarborough

Beat Laid Plans (twice)…

We had originally hoped to be elsewhere this weekend, but that wasn’t to be.

We had more recently planned to be on a steam railway today, travelling between Pickering and Whitby, but that wasn’t to be either; yesterday’s heat warped part of the track so the service wasn’t running the full route – we changed our tickets for one later in the week.

 

So we took ourselves off to the coast anyway, and went to Scarborough. Had a lovely day.
