A rude awakening when I discovered I had been harbouring this unwelcome free loader! As a precaution we made an unplanned visit to Forres NHS Health Centre this morning. Helpful reassuring advice gratefully received. In the afternoon we were given a detailed tour of The Findhorn Community founded in 1962 by Eileen and Peter Caddy. The eco village principles they extolled were on the fringe then but are centre stage now.
