Full circle

Years ago some dear friends taught their sons to drive in an Austin A40. When they sold the car, canny dad Dick included a clause that if or when the new owner ever decided to part with it, he would have first refusal to buy it back at a fair current market value.
That has now happened, and it was lovely to have lunch with them today and to see Dick’s delight in a car that is now back home as something of a family heirloom.
