Warrior King

A wax dummy from the Wartburg Castle.  He's supposed to be the king who saved a "heretic" from certain death.
 
      We went to the castle where Martin Luther took refuge from those who would kill him for his convictions.  He was heartbroken by the corruption in his church and sought only to change (reform) it from the inside.  Instead, he was excommunicated and a price put on his head.  This devout Catholic monk was responsible for all the Protestant sects that followed.
