Went for a walk along the coast this morning - very humid and we all struggled in the heat.   Did get as close to a grey heron as I have ever managed - got a few photos in before I was spotted (see extra).

Down on the beach later and took some longish multiple exposures.  Very windy and worried that my tripod would blow over.
