Last of the Poppies

They have been a real picture this year. Just one or two left ready to share their seeds with the breeze. Since we've had them they have spread to next.door and next door to that.

A pain free day again today. No pills or potions - tomorrow I start my scheduled physio on my shoulder - this is the official physio arranged by the Consultant weeks ago now. Fortunately we know Claire (the physio) and she has a clear understanding of what's required. Just hope she and Bowen don't conflict.

Cooler day with a strong breeze.

The WWII Lancaster Bomber flew over the house today. What a beautiful sight.. Alas I was on the phone to mother and hadn't got a camera to hand.
