180/365: Beach Huts at Walton

The day was to become the warmest of the year in these parts, recording a maximum of 29C on the home thermometer. Early on, before 9 I arrived at the coast half way through the morning's bike ride. The temps were much cooler and the tide high and the beach empty for a while.

I was surprised to find that the promenade forms part of route 150 of the national cycling network, so on I rode to Frinton.

Later, Master H and I delivered Miss C to her friend's house for a sleepover and we played in the park getting very warm before heading to the pub for a cooling drink.
