Boxing Day

We've been having a determinedly British Christmas, complete with (worse than normal) horrible weather, much food, and regular walks to burn it all off. Despite it being a gloomy day it was decreed that the Boxing Day walk must be made. So we set off in wet weather gear for a stroll around Upton Country Park. Niecey S vacillated between enthusiasm and post-Christmas-excitement-grumping so it was a bit of a stop and start walk around the paths. Just as we finished up the rain came down properly, ending our outdoor pursuits for the day. But we had our Boxing Day walk, and that was all that mattered.
