Kuressaare

We had an uneventful overnight sail to the Estonian island Saaremaa - parked the boat at the little harbor of Roomessaare, and went by bus to the city of Kurressaare. We arrived on the annual “castle day”, and the many people about dressed in medieval garb enhanced the fairy-tale quality of the town. Splendid castle, too.
