Another great day at the Azores. Today I took my kids and my sister for an easy 2-hour horse ride during which the guide told us all about the amazing plant life we saw around us. We saw, for example, eucalyptus, guava, avocado, two types of passions, wild mint, wild spinach, mulberry, gum tree, and various flowers.
