Moffat Motoring

A spin down to Moffat today for the annual classic car run. We did this two years ago, on the nice little loop from the town and out by Talla and Megget reservoirs, with a lunch stop partaken off inside the car to hide from the howling cold wind. Today was much more conducive to a picnic, having secured a basket to the roofrack of the car (and even my ratchet straps match the colour of the car....).

The rains thankfully came after the run was done., with classic cars dotted around the parking spots in the town centre.

A few of my favourites in the extras (and I really have a thing about old American pick-ups.... If we ever get our smallholding I'd love one as the workhorse. The Merc SL was far and away Mel's favourite)
