A Modest Flower

Most of the geranium flowers are very showy in photos with all their high contrasting veins.....this one appealed to me in its modest beauty. There are so many different geranium plants along my walking route, you may see more photos of them on Blip.

Today is my Day Off.......started with a Doctor's Appointment to get to know my new Primary Care Doctor.....I like him. He seemed interested in my medical history and took the time to talk about my concerns and his recommendations. I came home with a nicely printed sheet of instructions......including the mandate to get a little more intentional exercise. Several of you are inspiring me to follow through with that.... I hope I stay motivated and actually get regular exercise into my routine. I always think that caring for Ellie, doing housework and yardwork give me enough exercise.......but evidently not!!! Ugh.....but a little excited to lose some weight and be healthier. "Just Do It", as Nike ad's say!

This week was my last week hosting Tiny Tuesday Blips.....it has been fun.....but it is difficult knowing that my personal preferences made me pick photos that might not of been the best technically. There were so many excellent photos that I didn't choose. Please don't think I didn't like the shot. Here are the results for this week.
