Melvern Lake

We drove to another park and found it closed for camping but we could drive round it, just. It is severely flooded from all the rains we have had lately. Here and in the extra you can see how high  up the trees the water came and some cabins were totally underwater. The parks service is suffering sever losses from visitor income in Kansas this year and it will be even worse when the clean up begins.
