Bromeliad Again

Is intriguing me by producing these beautiful wee flowers, that seem to only last a day once open.  So having muttered about and intending to give away, its firmly with me still.

I managed to take myself to a meditation today at the Buddhist Centre. Folk there are so welcoming and pleasant I shall try to make it a weekly habit as part of my dealing. with depression.

A fairly recent crown is painful today, so I'm sitting with a clove firmly wedged against it. I was threatened with a root canal filling when it was crowned. Teeth break with me, they don't rot. I hated the one root canal I've had done, so am intent on avoiding another one.
