Christmas continues

We received a really lovely package in the mail this morning from our friend Kristi in Seattle. She had sent us some bacon chocolate (yes, really, chocolate with bacon in it) and had also baked us a fantastic selection of Christmas cookies. I was heading out shortly after it arrived, to go down to my Mum's for the day, but I can now attest to the tastiness of the cookies ;) (Haven't tried the chocolate yet.)

My sister and her family are at my Mum's for a few days, so I went to catch up with them. Poor Mum's sick in bed with a bug, and my brother-in-law was busy pressure-washing the entire patio and all the paths around the house, so I had a nice time hanging out with my sister and nephew and niece. Got some lovely Christmas presents, too :)
