Sacajawea Hotel

This 1910 hotel has been beautifully restored. It's a grand rest stop with a gourmet restaurant in the middle of nowhere. We had bison shortribs braised in a lovely wine reduction; accompanied by a wild morel mushroom risotto, steamed veggies and rocket salad. Yum! Nothing like a great meal while camping nearby.
