Down by the seaside

We'd forgotten what a wonderful spot Sandscale Haws, near Barrow, is for botanists, especially in today's sparkling sunshine. I'm not usually a big orchid fan, but there were thousands of pyramidal orchids and a good number of bee orchids still in flower, which just made my day (see extras).
