Spin cycle

An interesting early start took me down to Kendal AuctionMart for a new business networking event - a few familiar faces from our time with the manufacturing business ( seems a lifetime ago), but just enough interest in the Mental Health courses to make me think I'll go again.

Getting home I knew I'd stuff to do sat in front of a computer screen - but hey, have you seen it out there at the moment?!? far far far too nice to stay indoors - even in a mancave in the garden - especially when a certain little miss gives you those puppy dog eyes.
So fuelled by ice-cream (well one of us) we set off for Ullswater and a wonderfully refreshing swim and play. I also got treated to a shower as you can see....
