Feverfew

Headache and shoulder pain today.

Supposed to go to hydro but felt wiped out so cancelled last minute. I was due at the pain clinic today or so I thought. I rang to confirm it was on, to be told that it had been postponed but I'd got a new appointment fir October. What a joke waiting 6 months to attend a pain clinic.

In the post I had a letter to say that the October date would be postponed and that they would notify me of a new date..
