Aquathletes

So many photos to choose from today but it had to be this one from Milford-on-Sea. These two guys and their dog appeared to be training for an aquathlon, swimming along parallel with the shore, then getting out and going up to the steps to the sea front path, running along, then going back down the steps at the other end and back into the sea, and doing it all again. I think the dog sat out some of the circuits on the beach but gave them a good run/swim for their money when it chose to!
