Woweee...........

We have had several severe storm fronts come through over the last 24 hours so we decided to drive down to Redgate which is about 45 minute drive south of us, just past Margaret River. 
The reason I wanted to go was this huge rock which causes the most amazing splashes as the waves hit it. We weren't disappointed.I love the icing effect as the big wave recedes (see extra)

 It was freezing! Temperature around 10 deg but the wind chill factor made it feel like 2 deg! A hot coffee was essential after leaving the ocean :-)
We had friends staying with us so after coffee we found a pub with a fire and a delicious lunch menu. Enough said.
