You Spin me Right Round Baby

I tried a lie in today, it didn't work, my body wants to lie down and stay still but my eyes are jingle jangling everywhere. It's a bit rubbish, and I will try again tomorrow.

It did however mean that I had time to get the ingredients for the steak pie bought and packed away leaving me free to join in the family tradition of a trip to the Winter Wonderland. I don't go on the rides, I leave that to those who can manage to stop their heads spinning when they get off. Roller coasters are my thing, not spinny stuff.

I think these are the ghostly bodies of my two with their father somewhere behind, but I may be wrong.

I'm getting in the mood for a few cocktails - can't wait till Hogmany. I need to try out some recipes and make sure they are suitable to unleash on my pals, so perhaps by the end of the night my head may yet be spinning.

Oh and my girl came home to have the student piercings. She met us today with her nose pierced and by tea time I was wondering what was on her face. How fast her own character is developing, it's wonderful to watch.
