End of a chapter.....

A different day today. Left them on clipping the 500 x ewes here and headed off to the big smoke. Met Mrs F and went to Junior’s last ever school prize giving. It was a funny feeling seeing the wee boy that started nursery all those years ago now a 6 ft plus young adult striding across the stage to accept his leavers certificate .
Mixed with the great and the good at the drinks on the lawns feeling totally out of place as usual then managed to head home by 4 pm as “ I would be needed to roll up wool once Kev knocked off “.
Finished by 6.30 then headed off to collect said school leaver off a bus , slightly merrier than the last time I saw him !
Different sunset tonight , disappearing behind the Pentland hills this time
