Trefor

Took a late afternoon walk along part of the coast path and discovered a deserted beach. Unfortunately on walking back I fell over . Putting my hand in gorse, banged my arm and hurt my side and leg . Worst of all I yanked on little mollies lead as I went down and she cried. I picked her up to comfort her and unbelievably a few steps later I went down again , I landed on my bottom this time and Mollie went out of my arms, luckily she was absolutely fine. I couldn’t wait to get off that walk I can tell you.
