memorial garden

I had a good aqua session then went to paint the post holding the sensory garden information. We are not being judged as a town  (we are a village really) this year, too much like hard work and we declined the invitation to Britain in Bloom, their standards are far too high. They expect even lampposts cleaned and no weeds or dirt anywhere. The memorial garden is being judged as is the park. The bench was painted Sunday and Margaret wanted the black post painted as it was all chipped so I offered to do it. We also planted begonias under the tree outside the park. I came home and fell asleep for an hour. I had to cut 4 caulies this morning before they go over and so had delicious cauliflower cheese for tea.
