Low calorie filling meal for me
I am determined to loose at least a pound this week when I report my average weight for the week to the NHS weight loss site this Sunday. All is going well so far but have been invited out for a celebration meal this Saturday (70th Birthday). Normally this would result in a weight gain for the week and I am trying to ensure that my weight loss goal for the week is not scuppered by this: so for the rest of the week it will be supper low calorie meals for me. Tonight’s offering is Hot and Spicy Stir Fry Vegetables and Carrots and Broccoli florets in a Tomato and Garlic sauce.750grams of vegetables but only 350 calories even with a sprinkling of mature cheddar for taste.
