Had a pretty horrible day at work but thankfully it went quickly, and soon enough I was on my way home with this guy.

I’d been thinking all day about eating the pizza I had in the freezer - when we got in my housemate was just in the process of taking it out of the oven to eat himself. Apparently he didn’t realise it wasn’t his. Anyway it saved us waiting for it to cook so perfect timing!

Watched a couple of episodes of Bake Off The Professionals, some very impressive Croquenbouche.
