I helped the Ards Man to carry all this timber from the top of our drive down to the bottom of the garden where he’s building his workshop. My arms are tired! I didn’t realise how long the garden is until I had to traipse up and down it about 50 times this morning.

Thankfully I’m off to the airport for a stint of nana duty in Edinburgh in an hour, so I’m abandoning the Ards Man to it. Not great timing, unfortunately.
