Yard Emergency!

Sadly we live in a "homeowners' association" (a euphemism for people who must perpetually pay dues to the developer).  And the secretary is a minor tyrant.  She sent us a nastygram about our yard so we had to quick put in more flowers and fresh mulch.  The results were pleasing I have to admit.
