Richard's birthday

Kelly, sitting next to Richard, and i spent most of the rainy day in Sydney, picking up the clay order that arrived from Ontario last week!   40 boxes plus other materials.....i'm now at the point where it is time for me to get someone else (read younger!!!) to lift each box of clay....44 lbs, onto the truck!   We took 2 vehicles and she loaded all 40 boxes!   Then we had a fabulous lunch and some retail therapy....bought myself a nice light rain jacket...it was still raining and i didn't have one with me....Value Village is so good for emergencies!!!

Then home to make dinner for this gang!  A few weeks ago it was Kelly's birthday and we had promised her cake....so Richard kindly shared his birthday and cake! If you don't recognise Richard here, he is wearing a wig!!!  silly man :)

In other news:  Jane arrived home onto Cape Breton Island last evening, and she came over for the party!  it's good to have her home!
