A glimmer of brightness

None stop rain until late afternoon.

We had a lovely morning when MrC visited.   Lots of chat and laughter.

Later we were trauling the internet for car insurance quotes.   Sent my Spanish license off to DVLA to change it but according to one company it appears I can't get insurance without a license number.   A few phone calls to be mafe in the morning!

However, some light among the gloom today when I called at the Post Office, a lovely rose in the Churchyard.
