All alone

This was taken at the Bearpit, Bristol on Saturday. It's the middle of a network of subways leading into the town centre. Last week the Council took action to remove all the homeless people who were hanging out there after someone was attacked. I understand it had become increasingly intimidating to walk through there. As I passed I saw a lonely security guard in the middle of the Bearpit which is now cordoned off. It was an odd sight.
The Council are apparently going to try to provide some support to those moved on. There are no easy solutions.
