Waterton Park Hotel

Up and away early this morning for the 4 hour drive to Wakefield for a Regional Team meeting.

Spent the day in a stuffy office all day but once out I went for a nice 6km run with a colleague from London before a quick weights session at the hotel gym.

Went to a local pub called the New Inn for dinner.

Golfing tomorrow and the forecast is rain!
