Getting ready for demolition

The new teaching block seems to be progressing well and will hopefully be ready for occupation at the start of the Autumn Term.  In the meantime, the school has taken the opportunity at this time of year, when there are fewer students (exam and post exam period), to empty the old block, moving classes to spare rooms/labs around the school.  I imagine the aim is to be able to demolish the old block over the summer (better done while students are away).  So far they have erected a scaffolding staircase up to the roof of the old block.
