Darter?

I'm rubbish at trying to ID dragonflies so any help is appreciated on this one.  

We headed down south last night for Rich's mum's 80th birthday party today.  I took Little Dog out for a long stroll but she insisted on marching home at top speed once we'd turned the corner for home. Luckily, she was still in slow mo when I found this little guy.

We had a splendid afternoon of chatter with more than twenty family members in the garden in the sunshine.
