At the elephant orphanage

This morning we had to get up early to go to the elephant orphanage at Pinnawala. Here young elephants without parents are cared.
We had a good driver who knew what was going on and he could tell us a lot. Highlight at the orphanage every day is the bathing of the elephants in the Maha Oya river at ten o'clock.
